In his speech, Song Malin pointed out that as the core of the modern economy, finance can effectively guide social capital to flow into the green and low-carbon fields through means such as the innovation of green financial products, the construction of the carbon financial market, and the wide application of low-carbon technologies. It provides strong financial support for projects such as energy conservation and emission reduction, clean energy, and ecological protection, accelerates the transformation of the economic society towards a low-carbon and carbon-neutral direction, and promotes sustainable development. He hoped that through this in-depth communication and intellectual collision, effective paths for financial innovation to support the realization of the Dual Carbon goals could be further explored, thus promoting the high-quality development of the international financial market and achieving the comprehensive green transformation of the economic society.

She pointed out that financial innovation, especially the development of green finance and carbon finance, can effectively promote energy conservation and emission reduction and the application of green and low-carbon technologies, and is a key factor in achieving the Dual Carbon goals and the high-quality development of the economy.
